I’ve always been a fan a Ralph Steadman’s work. I recently bought the collector’s edition of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. In the opening menu of the dvd, you see nothing but a white sheet of paper. After a few seconds you see a splatter of black ink, and then Steadman begins to illustrate the title of the movie.

I was really intrigued by this process so began experimenting with ink, compressed air and modified stencil letters. Quickly, I fell into a rhythm and created all 26 characters of the alphabet as I documented my journey.
